- Worked with management to identify a new and efficient operating structure
- Bridged between the old and the new structure to ensure there was consistent financial information
- Designed and build a new forecast financial model that enabled a range of scenarios and sensitivities to be run
- Undertook adhoc analysis for management
- Attended and presented at bank and advisor meetings
Outcome
- The business was successfully restructured and refinanced
- The financial model was maintained by the business and used to subsequently sell the company to a new PE acquirer
